Your Role and Responsibilities:

With us, you will work alongside engaged and knowledgeable colleagues.

As a summer substitute in the operations unit, you will be responsible for the operation, supervision, and maintenance of our water and sewage plants during the summer period. Your main tasks include:

• Conducting basic supervision and maintenance of water and sewage plants and facility grounds.
• Monitoring and contributing to the operation of our plants together with colleagues.
• Performing seasonal tasks such as clearing around pump stations and facilities.

Since our plants and pump stations are spread throughout the municipality, a B driver's license is required to reach the various facilities. The role includes access to a work vehicle, starting from the Treatment Plant in Hässleholm (Hovdalavägen 51, 281 35 Hässleholm).

Who You Are:

• At least 18 years old and either in your third year of high school or have completed a high school education.
• Technically interested and enjoy practical tasks.
• Independent, meticulous, and have good teamwork skills.
• Flexible, solution-oriented, and positive.
• Experience in the field is an advantage.

Conditions and Application

The employment period extends from week 27-30. As there is a need for maintenance of facilities even during the spring, earlier start dates can be arranged with the right person. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:30.

We operate waterworks, treatment plants, and pump stations, investing over 100 million kronor annually to secure and develop the infrastructure for water and sewage.
